Until March 23rd, the restaurants of Cambrils are offering special menus in which the galera and the artichoke are the protagonists. The Festa Marinera, an ode to Cambrils' fishing past   

One of the novelties of 2025 is the Festa Marinera, an event that commemorates the fishing tradition of Cambrils, paying tribute to the maritime life that has been the economic and cultural engine of the town for centuries. During the weekend of 26th and 27th of April, the facilities of the Cambrils Fishermen's Guild, in the port of Cambrils, become the setting for a festival full of activities, where visitors can enjoy cultural events, demonstrations and, of course, a sample of the best seafood gastronomy. This event highlights the importance of artisanal fishing in the region and offers an excellent occasion to sample dishes made with fresh seafood, such as fish and shellfish, cooked according to local traditions. 

Romesco Food & Drink, in the Parc del Pescador 

Romesco Food & Drink, which will be held from May 23rd to June 8th, is another of the most eagerly awaited events of the season. This festival celebrates the famous romesco sauce, an emblematic product of Catalan cuisine. Throughout the festival, the Parc del Pescador will be lined with stalls from Cambrils’ top restaurants, offering special dishes and “tapas” that showcase that romesco sauce in creative ways.   

In addition, the event will include tastings, workshops and activities related to gastronomy, allowing visitors to delve into the history and versatility of this delicious sauce. The festival will also feature a selection of local wines and cavas to pair with the dishes, completing a unique culinary experience.  

Craft Beer Fair, from May 30th to June 1st  

The Craft Beer Fair, which will take place from May 30th to June 1st, is another of Cambrils' major gastronomic events. During this event, beer lovers will be able to enjoy a wide range of craft beers brewed by local and regional producers. The fair is complemented by activities and tastings guided by expert brewers, who will teach visitors about the brewing process and the characteristics of the different varieties. Tastum Cambrils: different elaborations, every Thursday  

Finally, Tastum Cambrils is an event that has established itself as one of the most popular activities among locals and visitors alike. It is held almost every Thursday of the year, offering a constant opportunity to enjoy local gastronomy.   

Each week, restaurants in Cambrils prepare tapas and small dishes that vary every Thursday, allowing diners to sample a variety of flavours representative of the town, in an itinerant and dynamic way, while visiting the participating establishments.
