BusPlana expands its connection with Camp de Tarragona Station

• As of 14th of August, there will be 8 more trips from Costa Daurada to Camp de Tarragona Station.
• In total, Plana will have 64 daily trips, 32 round trips, from Costa Daurada to the station.
• Plana responds to the increase in passenger demand, which this summer is more than 20% higher than in 2022.

From 14th of August to 30th of September inclusive, BusPlana is increasing the number of daily departures, and therefore the frequency, of trips between Costa Daurada and Camp de Tarragona train station by 8.

Specifically, there will be 4 more journeys on the Cambrils - Salou - PortAventura - Camp de Tarragona Station line (10:40am, 11:45am, 5:05pm and 6:25pm) and 4 more on the La Pineda - Salou - Camp de Tarragona Station line (10:40am, 11:45am, 5:05pm and 6:25pm). Thus, each day there will be 16 outward trips and 16 return trips on each of the two lines.

In addition, on both lines, the schedule for two departures will be brought forward in order to better match the bus arrival times at the station with the train departures.

With these new features, Plana is once again helping to improve connectivity between Camp Station and Costa Daurada by public transport and to meet the increase in demand during these months, which is more than 20% higher than last year.

BusPlana carries around 25,000 people between June and September on these two lines.
